We noticed the 15 x 7 grid left space for 5 extra icons therefore we utilised this as space for the Graze logo. I also increased the spacing between the rows to account for the additional spacing on the box design. It also created a more neutral balance as opposed to looking relatively condensed. Lowering the opacity allowed the logo to stand out.

YCN - Box development
We combined our icons together to create a complete set. We decided to use these icons on the underside of the lid, as a substitute to the photographic imagery they currently use in order to reference how many products they have to offer, especially if this is the recipients first box. In comparison to the box dimensions ( x ), there was too much space either side in addition to the 5 missing icons.

YCN - Final 50 icons
This is my contribution (50 icons) to the 100 icon set. I tried to keep the designs consistent throughout, using symmetry as much as possible to keep the visual identity similar throughout and also to keep them as simple and as stripped back as possible.
1st row: Sun, dollar, cake, coconut, chocolate, banana, yoghurt, lemon, hot cross bun, milk
2nd row: Bee, banana, strawberry, maple, fennel, flower, apple, cherry, walnut, cocktail
3rd row: Brazil nut, palm tree, mountain, USA, bakewell, lime, pistachio, BBQ, toast, USA
4th row: Tree, mango, fig, sangria, fruit sundae, blueberry, daiquiri, plum, olive, mulberry
5th row: Pear, pineapple, goji berry, heart, wheat, pumpkin, sunflower, sunflower/pumpkin seed, tea
We decided to add subtle highlights to the icons that seemed most appropriate - icons with curved edges, especially fruit. Although a small addition, we believed it enhanced the design moreso than without - the icons did not seem as flat.
YCN - Icon development
Based on the 50 products, I started to gather a range of source imagery to base my icons on, including the ones below. We wanted to keep the aesthetic relatively minimal but detailed enough to communicate the product / object effectively. We used a 2pt line stroke with rounded edges (at the same scale) to keep the designs consistent throughout the set.

YCN - Clarification
Clarification
As we're in the mid-stage, I thought it'd be useful to document where we are up to and where we are heading. We have devised a Graze logo and begun devising the iconography which is to be featured throughout the brand material.
Graze box
Minimal approach to the cover as in the brief, it states: 'Grazers appreciate the subtleness of the graze box, especially in the work environment where personal mail may be frowned upon.'
We almost want the products to speak for themselves but to be informed through the aforementioned iconography. We want to give the impression of a premium, gourmet product and therefore intend the brand aesthetic to reflect this.
They previously had printed the relevant information (logo, address, stamp) in white (featured below) and we want to bring this back as we believe it created immediate impact - a contrast against the kraft material.
Inside
Iconography applied to the underside of the packaging to reinforce the extent of their range of products - 'over 100 products'. This will be in place of the photographic imagery as the colours don't seem to have as much impact on the kraft stock as opposed to the images on the white stock in the booklet.
Booklet / Nutritional info
Luke suggested including a space in the back of the booklets for writing down notes as it will be predominantly send to offices / workplaces - our intended target market are young professionals. However, the YCN brief also states that the product is also sent to peoples homes; nevertheless, we believe this could be useful for all, just as an additional insert - could it be perforated?
Highlight on health and nutrition aspects, possibly include the graphs featured on their website within the insert to reinforce this aspect and showcase the benefits of snacking on Graze.
Direct mail / marketing campaign
We have initial design ideas but will begin to explore these in more depth - one being a teaser box containing just one of their many products. This will be reinforced through the application of one icon, giving an insight into what is inside the box.
